These frozen edamame beans are great. I microwave them for 5 minutes not 90

seconds like the packaging says 🤷‍♀️. Then i coat them in pink Himalayan salt and dip them into soya sauce. Taste explosion 💥 for those nights when u don’t want dinner but need to snack on something. I always keep a bag of these in the freezer 💃🌱🥳 so I dip in soya then suck and squeeze the beans out 😂👏, it’s a Edamame/soy/salt explosion. A lot of fun as well ☺️

One of my favorite snacks. You can either steam your desired amount or pop it

in the microwave. Best served as is with sea salt. #greyton

Really enjoy these edamame beans, a little bit

of a splurge, I know you can get cheaper but when your feeling lazy and want something quick to make they fantastic, really great in a stir fry or salad.

I used them in a balsamic glazed mushroom and edamame dish with some pasta. One on my fave recipe, swipe to see the recipe and remember #veganisnotscary

Between @david- and @ftc recent posts, I was still craving edamame after polishing off the

half bag of unshelled edamame in the freezer. This fresh pack of shelled edamame is the perfect portion for a stir-fry or a snack. Hubby used them to make a protein-packed veggie stir-fry (all the colours, just missing some red cabbage and cilantro, which we didn't have) - brown rice, marinated soy strips, edamame beans, Roasted cashew nuts, peppers, red onion, mini corn, broccolini, carrots, cabbage, spinach, garlic, red chillies and brown lentils in Thai stir-fry sauce. Absolutely delicious!! ❤🧡💛💚💙🤎💜🤍🖤

I really love these edamame beans in the pod. They are in the frozen veg

section. I first steam them in the microwave for 3 minutes from frozen. Then I fry them in a little olive oil on high heat with Maldon salt flakes. Usually around 3 mixtures until there is a slight char on the pods. Then I put the pod between my teeth and pull out the actual bean. There is an olive oil, salty delicious flavour that goes on. It’s the ultimate snack or light meal. Packed with protein! A definite must try!
