Very nice cheese alternative to try. It has a very similar taste to the dairy
parmesan. The cheese is easy to grate without falling apart and it freezes well too. Does not melt though.

It tastes better when heated. I do prefer plant based cheeses without Coconut oil.
Perhaps Woolies can develop one? Nice that one can grate this cheese.

Works as you would expect from a parmesan style cheese. Delicious as is or grated
into a pasta dish. Good price point and local.
