I only recently got onto the chocolate version of this which is nice but this
is much better IMO. The raspberry flavour is good, it’s smooth and the base is crumbly biscuit. A nice little sweet treat.

I personally prefer the chocolate version of this a little more but this is still
delicious, milder and fresher in flavour I’d say. The biscuit base is soooo good!!

Yum, these are delicious. Don't expect your typical #cheesecake texture tho! A curious grayish purple
cashew, chickpea, coconut mix with raspberry accents, atop a sweet crumbly golden base. From memory, I think this beats classic cheesecake anyway - this isn't not tart, is not overly sweet (in perception, at least!), and is more interesting in texture.
