Best tofu for scrambles hands down! Perfect texture -not too dense or dry (even after
pressing (which I do for scrambles). And sprouted soy means goodness is more bio available.

Wildwood organic firm tofu isn't quite as firm as expected but I still like it!
It works well in homemade dumplings whether you steam or fry them. I had both 'cuz why not! The small little cubes of tofu add a nice texture.
