The ingredients are all natural, and I could tell by the taste that this is high quality. I love the vibrant color, the zest and spiciness. I also appreciate how it’s all bite-sized. The cheaper brand I often buy is pale in color, like salmon pink, with big leaves that I have to cut. I really enjoyed this in my fried rice topped with Yo Sunny Side Up. I’ll be using the rest for my noodles and sandwiches, and more fried rice. #kimchi #fermented #bpafree #nongmo #probiotic #korean #noaddedsugar

It’s nice to see that there are more and more vegan kimchi options available now when several years ago it was pretty hard to find one. I like that this brand didn’t shy away from the gochugaru and also has a nice amount of green onion in the mix. The leaves were all really soft, though and I was hoping there would be pieces that still had a little crunch. Not my favorite but not bad. I bought this through a promotion where you buy two products and get reimbursed for one. It was nice to try but I prefer other options. #kimchi #vegankimchi #fermented #wildbrine
