This decent sized tofu block was really easy to cook with. The only thing I’d
say about it is that it doesnt specify whether it needed pressing or not so I didn’t bother and it was really wet, so it had to cook for a long time for the excess to evaporate. Used it to make one of fitgreenmind’s recipes on Instagram- tofu crunchwraps 🤤 #veganuary
