Really simple, but a great snack. My first time trying buffalo sauce, so not sure
if it tastes legit or not..but it tasted great. Got it from #redmart.

The cauliflower wings are similar to the plain Buffalo Wild Wings. Crunchy. Nicely breaded.
Ditch the sauce packet though. It’s in plastic that thaws out in warm water. I had the buffalo sauce and the ranch sauce. Threw out both and used my own. So I suggest but any flavor because you’re buying for the plain wings. Cooks fast in an air fryer on 400!

This is my third time having these @whollyveggie buffalo cauliflower wings. I use an #airfryer for just over 20 min to get them nice and crispy. I sauce them in a bowl and use a spatula to get all of it out... there’s just enough to cover the cauliflower but not ivory saucy. You can add some extra liquid to the sauce like vinegar, maple and sriracha to spread it out or here I added a little dried coconut sprinkle and fresh parsley. It was yummy. Filling but not bloating and pretty quick and healthy.
