There's just something I love so much about this can design. It's so simple but kind of old school. It has a nice drawing of an ear of corn on the side too. It's just so classic Midwestern, it must really be calling to my Minnesotan heart! The corn itself is just some nice classic canned corn. My favorite use for corn recently has been my cilantro lime pasta salad. Perhaps it seems strange to review a can of corn BUT this canned corn from Trader Joe’s is something special ✨. The canned corn I remember as a youth was pretty mushy and had a distinct flavor. This corn, though perhaps not as delectable as a fresh cob, is consistently crunchy, flavorful and fresh tasting. I always like to have a can on hand in the cupboard.
