I like seeing this product of Germany show up on a local store shelf in December. Would have been valid to review for #NationalCookieDay yesterday since the Germans consider this a cookie, but it turns out I'm reviewing it for #NationalComfortFoodDay today. Hoping i inspire someone to review it for #NationalChocolateCoveredAnythingDay later this month, or for #NationalGingerbreadDay or #NationalGingerbreadCookieDay next year, or for any #snackSunday or even #ValentinesDay since these are heart-shaped treats. Is it clear that this is one of my favorite vegan products?

I totally forgot I had these in my pantry until @veganvanman’s recent review reminded me of what I was missing. I bought these around Christmastime from my local international/Eastern European market, so I’m sure they’ll be back later this year! These cute, #chocolate-covered #gingerbread hearts are stuffed with sweet #apricot preserves. #teamdarkchocolate I couldn’t believe how soft and pillowy the gingerbread was. The ginger/spice flavor was admittedly very mild, but they would still make a lovely sweet treat with coffee or tea. #sweettooth The hearts are honestly larger than I expected, so I’m perfectly satisfied with a couple. It was $2.89 for a bag of 10.
Questa versione al cioccolato fondente è vegana ed è una di quelle bellissime sorprese che si trovano casualmente tra gli scaffali dell supermercato (perché c'è anche la versione al latte, ovviamente non vegana). Sono piuttosto dolci ma molto piacevoli e buoni. Anche economici! (1,29 €, forse erano in offerta)

Cuori di marzapane al cioccolato ripieni di albicocca. Parte degli snack del mio ragazzo, a me non piace il marzapane ne la marmellata. Dice che sono buoni ma che dopo un paio sono stucchevoli. Presi da Ins’ mercato.
