However, the Yuka app points out that the colorant #additives E102 and E133 can have negative effects on children with ADHD (the packaging warns about about E102 but says nothing about 133). What might be the effect on adults? Do we really need blue and yellow additives to color over a natural product? It is good on fiber and is low on calories, sugar and saturated fat. No tiene la etiqueta de vegano pero si te fijas ninguno de los ingredientes es de origen animal. La APP de sin azúcar.org, Carmen IA, ha valorado este producto con un 7/10, avisa de que tiene mucho sodio, aparte de eso es una buena opción para añadirle a tus platos un toque diferente.
