Have been obsessed with this brand of smoked tofu for a few months now -

being very firm and extremely tasteful, it is perfect to be stir-fried, baked or deep fried.

I’ve used it to make a vegan katsu curry with potato, carrot, celery and onion, served with sticky rice and topped with spring onions ✨

When I eat tofu I normally spice it myself, because the already spiced tofu is

too bland in my opion. This smoked version however is very nice on it's own. I put it on bread with siracha mayo and black salt and that was really yummy.

Per un certo tempo è stato l’unico che trovavo (pure caro) e non mi rendevo

conto che gli altri tofu più economici stavano un metro più a destra 🥲
Per ora ho provato solo questo. Non è davvero niente male, affumicato leggero.
Certo, non batterà mai il tofu affumicato di Lidl 🫶🏼 che è il migliore in assoluto, ma è buono.
La prossima volta provo con uno di quelli più economici al naturale.

I particularly like this one just heated in the pan and added to my rsmen

Nice alternative to normal tofu, but I honestly prefer the simple (and cheaper version). I

generally prefer less strong taste and this was really salty in my opinion. I put half in a Bulgur salad with bruxelles sprouts and pumpkin and I mixed the other half with cooked broccoli and used it to season the pasta. I prefered the second version, because the broccolis "milder" taste fits nicely with the smoked taste.
