I was very impressed with the cheese because unlike many vegan cheeses, it melted so easily! It became gooey and melted quite quickly and was so enjoyable in this “egg” and sausage muffin.

I was pleasantly surprised by these cheese slices. Again, a find at a tiny grocery store in a town up island, I didn’t think they’d have many vegan choices, but the selection was different that the products that I normally see and also more substantial that I was expecting. These are some of the better vegan cheese slices that I’ve tried, both in terms of flavour and texture.
These are the best tasting cheese slices I’ve found so far. Like the first ones I’ve ever been able to eat straight out of the package, they are really that good! They taste like cheese to me, and even the raw texture isn’t too bad. I melt them on breakfast sandwiches and they melt evenly and easily. The melted texture is more like that of a creamy Daiya slice. These are my new favourite! Update: it’s been a little over a month and I can’t keep these in my house because I can’t stop eating them straight from the package. I’m glad they were on sale because I went through them way too quickly lol
