The only vegan cheese that I am used to consuming is made with fermented cashews. So when I tried this cheddar raw, it was too cheddary for me 😆. I guess I forgot what cheddar tasted like. I didn't like the texture in its raw form, it was a little plasticy. But when I put it on pizza, Oh boyy 😍. It melted so well and tasted so good 😋.
