I love Violife products. I've heard that the company has been bought by a totally
not vegan other company and that they are gonna decrease the number of violife products. Makes me very sad. I guess now I need to buy as soon as possible all the violife products I have not tried yet!
Anyway, I love this cheese. Been eating it since I ditched dairy in 2016. It's a little bit responsible of my weight because I ate SO MUCH of it in my first months as a vegan! I eat it sliced on a sandwich and more often than not I use it as a sauce to make my baked food cheesier. #veganuary
