This has a really great taste- sharp and bold, lots of flavor. It actually has cultures in it. The texture is a bit pasty and it's very brittle- it breaks apart when trying to separate. I added it to my beyond burger while it was cooking and it melted okay.

Found these at Groccery outlet and was so glad I tried them out. They melt super well, taste great and are good raw as well.
También probé el cheddar. No soy para nada fanática de este tipo de queso, se me hace demasiado asqueroso pero como me lo compraron, lo tuve que comer 🤣 el punto a favor es que se derrite mucho más que otros. No lo compraría de nuevo solamente porque no soy fan del cheddar 🤷🏽♀️
Very tasty cheddar style cheese slices. They work great in a grilled cheese sandwich and melt nicely. I use two slices per sandwich. They crumbed a bit when taking out of the bag.
Not my fav vegan cheeze but still tasty for certain things when it’s on sale. It has that stinky sharp cheddar flavor which I’m not the biggest fan of, and get a kind of gross flavor that a few vegan cheezes get when hot and melted, but it’s really tasty cold on crackers or sandwiches. #veganisnotscary
