This high protein slices are plain but so good at soaking up sauces and ends

up tasting like the flavor it's absorbing with a really soft, chewy texture! Highly recommend for your stir fries and soups!

We love this brand and have tried many products by Verisoy. I use them as

mock meats especially with things like vegan bbq pork! It takes some experimenting so if you've never used this product, look up a recipe first, that will give you the tools you need :) once you learn how to use this , you will think of all kinds of creative ways to use it. I'm constantly day dreaming of how I will use this in some delicious dish 😅

Found these at our local Asian market and they were fun to cook with! They

take 30 minutes to rehydrate, so plan accordingly for your meal. I rehydrated them in some Better Than Bouillon Chickenless Broth, chopped them up, then cooked them with some oil and chili-lime seasoning to make Bahn mi’s. The texture was great and they actually turned out more crunchy than I expected. Though if you reheat them in the microwave for too long, they will become chewy, hard, and inedible.

These are protein pack dried soy slices. You need to soak them for a good

30 minutes before using it. It does become chewy afterwards. It's bland by itself so it's a good addition to soups/stews and such.
