Found these at our local Asian market and they were fun to cook with! They take 30 minutes to rehydrate, so plan accordingly for your meal. I rehydrated them in some Better Than Bouillon Chickenless Broth, chopped them up, then cooked them with some oil and chili-lime seasoning to make Bahn mi’s. The texture was great and they actually turned out more crunchy than I expected. Though if you reheat them in the microwave for too long, they will become chewy, hard, and inedible.
