This is the incredibly realistic #salami featured on this amazing board we made in #Brussels. I sent a picture to some friends and they asked me if it was #vegan. As if I would ever share anything not #plantbased 😆 But it makes me so happy to surprise people all the time: being #vegan is really not that hard when so many mind-blowing substitutes exist out there. Smoky and soft (not chewy at all like the original cruel version), it paired so wonderfully with all these cheeses. Wow
