Sugar-free soya yoghurt. Great #vegansnack I add fruit to it and also enjoy this for breakfast #soyayoghurt

I tried and reviewed this yogurt almost 2 years ago. I was hesitant to give it a second chance since I didn't like it at all back then. Yet, I'm glad I did; no idea if it's my taste buds or the ingredients that have changed, but it tastes much better. The texture is on the dense side and it barely has any sugar, two things I appreciate. Mercadona's plain soy yogurt is still my top 1, but I would repurchase this. Lidl, 1,39€ (500 g)

"Classic" #soyyogurt available at #lidl in a 500g container. It is creamy and thick, surely due to the added starches, and fortified with #calcium, #vitaminb12, #vitamind and #mineralsalts. Unfortunately, it is also made with 1,9% #addedsugars - and very interesting that this % is specified in the ingredients list of other languages, but not in Spanish 🤔. I think I will stick to the Mercadona version, as there are no added sugars involved (but more plastic as it comes in smaller containers. Come on, Lidl, #tryharder - in this case 1,9% harder!! Postre de soja. El tamaño es grande. Está bueno. A mi me gusta comerlo mezclado con frutos rojos en un bowl.

Creo que el yogur estaría mejor si se comiera acompañado de otras cosas (aunque yo no lo he probado así), ya que por sí solo está un poco soso o amargo.
