This was one of those "omg something new and vegan" impulse buys. The mixture is

nice, but a bit too salty and bland with respect to the curry flavor. I added some soy cream to thicken up the sauce, and some Indian red Chile to add a kick. I have to say I have been back to Lidl since trying it, but wasn't tempted to buy again. I think it was around 2€ for a bag that made 2 lunchtime servings. #refugiotheanimalacademy #veganisnotscary
