This is delicious.... but it's not like cream fraiche. It's rich and slightly sweet, lacking

the acidity of cream fraiche. This is more suitable for desert, like a pie filling, on ice cream, coffee or hot chocolate. But for this, the tub is way too small, just 125 grams
The texture is smooth, but rather like a jelly and quite firm.
So, delicious but don't use it like cream fraiche.

I didn't feel a difference between this and regular soy cream, I mean, it was

The alternatives to crème fraiche aren't very broad, yet for some meals a bit of

it does enhance the meal. It's good to have an option for that other than coconut cream. However, the texture and consistency is like jelly rather than thick cream, so that was new and I had to get used to that
