Haver fraiche by Vemondo — Muriël's Review (Mar 9, 2022)

This is delicious.... but it's not like cream fraiche. It's rich and slightly sweet, lacking the acidity of cream fraiche. This is more suitable for desert, like a pie filling, on ice cream, coffee or hot chocolate. But for this, the tub is way too small, just 125 grams
The texture is smooth, but rather like a jelly and quite firm.
So, delicious but don't use it like cream fraiche.
