This is a really nice vegan cream on an oat base. It's pretty thick for a cooking cream, but it loses up a bit once it gets heated. It makes for a good flavour after all. Il sapore di per sé non è male, ma trovo la consistenza troppo liquida. La sconsiglio da usare per la pasta o per il ripieno delle torte salate. Meglio usarla in zuppe e vellutate.
