Just an amazing cheese! It´s like quite salty-sauer. I totally love it, but happens the
same like the Veggie-salmon, hard to find (they just release it in some supermarkets as a special offer) and you can´t order from the website.

Visto che il simil camembert #veganz mi aveva entusiasmato, al secondo ordine su kokku ho
provato a prendere questo, di nuovo a base di anacardi, che, dalla descrizione, doveva ricordare la feta.
L'ho assaggiato oggi, sia a crudo, sia nella pasta.
Così com'è non mi ha fatto impazzire, mi ha ricordato quasi il burro 😅 Ho sentito molto la pesantezza dell'olio di cocco.
Come mantecatura, invece, mi ha dato più soddisfazione: si scioglie benissimo. Quindi, anche se non mi ha entusiasmato, potrei darle un'altra possibilità, anche perché il prezzo è ragionevole per un formaggio di frutta secca. Ora aggiungo qualche hashtag sperando di ottenere qualche cent in più per @rifugiomiletta 😬
