A bit better then the average coconut grated mozzarella, but definitely not there, nor with flavor or consistency... Still a lot to work on.

Mozzarella vegana, si può usare anche per la pizza o per farcire le insalate. Buona da gustare anche solo con un po’ di olio e sale
