The texture is great! The taste is quite bland, a hint of apple cider vinegar which is also listed in the ingredients. Just some mozarella aroma would likely totally finish this cheese. The texture is super nice mostly with the Tomato and mozarella, jum. On the pizza it just dried out a little even though it was still a nice topping. Way to go!
