Vegan White Caramel Crunch

It's good overall but I expected a better flavor. The concept is great, I really hope the recipe will be improved. I wouldn't buy it again as it is.

The white chocolate does not taste too sweet. It also has a pleasant malty or caramel taste. The chopped nuts provide the right crunch. Very successful. Just a little too expensive for regular consumption. (65g for approx. 2.60 euros) I was able to learn something else. The chocolate contains yacon powder. This is a sugar substitute obtained from a tuber that grows mainly in South America. The tuber is characterised by a high proportion of fructooligosaccharides. These are sweet like sugar, but at the same time they are not digestible and therefore belong to the dietary fibres that promote intestinal health. They also have a very low glycaemic index. Chocolat blanc avec des petits morceaux de caramel et datte .je sais pas encore si je l'aime ou pas...le goût en général est plutôt décevant... me je trouve intéressant les cristaux de caramel et les morceaux des dattes.Par contre mes enfants ont adoré
