These chocolates are so delicious! I love Lake Champlain's hot cocoa and while I was browsing the site I saw these cute little festive treats. They're shaped like poinsettia and are individually wrapped in red foil. The caramel inside is so creamy and almost empty. I really don't think anyone would be able to tell that it was made with coconut milk instead of cow's milk. I've been trying really hard to ration these. They're just so good! These are delicious!! Its a nice balance of sweet and bitter between the chocolate and caramel. The caramel isn't chewy but rather liquidy, but still delicious. And the packaging is delightful!
