I’ve never had crab before, so this was an new experience for me. They come frozen and you can fry them in a skillet for a few minutes on each side. I found them to be juicy while also having a chewiness to it. There are stringy shreds of something, possibly seaweed I guess. Flavor wise, you definitely taste the sea. I really enjoyed them! Nutritionally, each 2.3 ounce (65g) cake provides 120 calories from 6g of fat, 23g of carbohydrates and 3g of protein. I only wish it would be more complete with extra protein in it.
