Thai chicken stew

Not my cuo or tea at all…. Again, I have to mention I dislike cummin, so probably, fhat is the cause.

Delicious plant-based chick’n, ripe tomatoes, brown rice and veggies with a hearty sauce. Such a nice lunch! #veganin2021

This was not great. Their fake meat is pretty good but it just was underwhelming. It basically was the fake chicken in a watery tomatoe sauce qith veggies. I added a can of coconut milk while cooking and got a much better tasty result.
