Y’all — I’m not sure anyone can top my Annie’s vegan Mac love. Which is ridiculous because this should be considered a step up. I think I just want childhood Kraft mac. And if I want fancy I’ll make Alfredo based pasta. #uplandspeak
Bacon Mac is one of our favorite comfort foods and it’s a mainstay on the menu at our Chicago cafe, Upton’s Breakroom. We’ve decided to share the wealth so that you can enjoy this delicious meal when you can’t come in for a visit. We make our signature Ch’eesy Bacon Mac sauce with real, clean ingredients and pair it with our Bacon Seitan and cooked noodles. All you’ll need to do is mix, heat, and eat. Combine both packets into a frying pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until warm, or continue another 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Transfer into a bowl and serve.
gluten, soya, garlic, and onion
durum wheat semolina, nutritional yeast, rice bran oil, vital wheat gluten, wheat flour, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), corn starch, paprika, sea salt, liquid smoke, mustard, onion, gal, turmeric, and sugar

A solid and tasty lunch! Quick and easy to make, unique flavor (we all like our Mac and cheese different, this is slightly more tangy than some and very creamy), and a good portion. I eat it occasionally on the go.
Not the best vegan mac&cheese. Precooked noodles don't have the ideal texture and the "cheese" is just ok to me... All that being said, I do buy this every now and then because (1) it's super easy to prepare and (2) I like the ingredients list. It is good for when I want to indulge in some comfort food but don't want to spend an exorbitant amount of time/money :)
i had tried this at a kiosk at vegfest here in michigan and i absolutely was head over heels in love. although, i bought this at whole foods and as the taste wasn’t too bad, it was NOT as saucy and definitely not as soft and fresh.
Soooo good!!!! My non-vegan partner also loved it!!! So amazing how food can taste! I added ago but then ate it separate as the pasta didn't need it.
