Not the best vegan mac&cheese. Precooked noodles don't have the ideal texture and the "cheese" is just ok to me...
All that being said, I do buy this every now and then because (1) it's super easy to prepare and (2) I like the ingredients list. It is good for when I want to indulge in some comfort food but don't want to spend an exorbitant amount of time/money :)
