Cool product but not my favorite vegan #delislices unfortunately. They taste ok but just not great and not super close to corned beef from what I remember. I like how it looks but otherwise not really impressed here. 15g of #protein per serving which is great! Just 1g of #fiber, I was expecting more tbh. I prefer tofurky deli slices, but I'll probably experiment with a few more brands.

This “corned beef” is made from wheat protein and all natural ingredients, making it a healthier option for vegan deli meats. To be honest, I didn’t find it had much flavour on its own, and it really got lost in this sandwich, other than the meaty chewy texture. Probably wouldn’t buy it again but it was not bad, just forgettable.
I prefer the turkey slices. I would love to try this in a sandwich at Mendocino Farms with all the toppings; I bet it would be good there. Nutritional profile is good. Zero saturated fat and pretty whole ingredients, great protein, a fair amount of sodium. 
I wasn’t a huge corned beef fan pre-vegan, probably only had it a couple of times (and over 30 years ago!), so I can’t say whether this compares to the real thing or not. But I actually liked it better than the steak slices version. I finished off the sandwich with sauerkraut and Follow Your Heart’s sliced smoked provolone and their mayo and it was pretty tasty. I think next time I’d go with Dijon mustard.
I love making sandwiches with vegan cold cuts, and these were terrific! Great texture and taste! My only nitpick would be that there weren’t a lot of slices in the package, which makes it somewhat expensive. So, I would still usually opt for Tofurkey slices in the future. But I will get these when I need a change of pace because I really did enjoy them!
