This Thai sweet chilli rice was fitting really well with that tomato cashew curry I
got. I just put the rece in a pan, fried it a little bit, and then added the curry and heated everything up 😋
It was really yummy. Just tried the rice before putting it into the pan, and it was quite good. Beyond that it was quite difficult to understand, which flavour is coming from the rice.
