Used these mushrooms to make homemade vegan cream of mushroom soup. Which I will say turned out really well, 1st time making it. The soup is the first step to making mock tuna casserole which I’ve been craving. These mushrooms cooked down well, never have an issue with them. And they were on sale for $3.69.
