I’m a sucker for a cashew cheese so when I found this variety at Grocery Outlet I swooped it up for our game day snack board. Though I do enjoy it, I wouldn’t repurchase this variety as I find their other varieties more tasty. I guess I anticipated more of a peppery flavor but it wasn’t very seasoned. It’s a good cheese for leveling up a cracker/crostini/toast/sandwich with other items. Love the clean ingredients in this peppery and tangy spread! This was a Grocery Outlet find so it was priced well. Tastes better if left out to soften a bit. I will purchase again without hesitation.
This is a spreadable cheese that would be similar to Boursin or Alouette, if you’re familiar with those. Great flavor, and very spreadable but not mushy. An excellent substitute that you could put on a cheese board with dairy cheeses and no one would question it. It’s really that good. It’s a cashew-based cheese so if you like Miyoko’s, you will really like this. Deserves more than 5 stars.
