This is so simple but so delicious. Preparation time is only 5 minutes. I plan to always have it in my freezer because it really satisfies that fast/fried food craving, except it’s healthier.
One of my favorite meals. You can use it : as is, with chicken-less chicken, soy. Chorizo or baked tofu❤️
I always keep a bag if this in hand. It’s perfect when I want to try a new vegan dinner that doesn’t go over well. It only takes 5 minutes to heat up and I always add extra vegetables
This fried rice is so good, cooks up quickly. Highly recommend trying it, added my chick’n to it in the wok. Came out amazing. 🌱😋
