When I bought this I assumed it'd be like a creamy buffalo sauce. I guess I didn't see the main ingredients listed on the front. The ginger and cilantro should have given it away that it was going to be something unique. I've really had no dressing like this before. The ginger makes it feel so wintery to me. It's hard to place what I'd put this on. Maybe a nice fall or winter salad with candied nuts and dried fruits? The burn from the ginger compliments the burn from the red pepper nicely. #salad #spicy #cashew #ginger

This dressing is really flavorful and pretty versatile. Probably my favorite use for it so far was to dress a salad that I served with plant based “Thai style fish cakes.” This dressing paired super well and really tied the meal together!
