I bought these speculoos cookies to use for pie crust, similar to a graham cracker crust. It's a very simple, tasty, crisp cookie made with just a few ingredients like wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon, and unfortunately palm oil. Based on that fact alone, I will not be making a habit of buying these cookies unfortunately. #speculoos #cookies #vegancookies

I love these cookies…with tea, with hot chocolate or sometimes as the base for s’mores if vegan graham crackers aren’t available!
These speculoos cookies were so good. The cinnamon flavour was not too overpowering and the cookies contained just the right amount of sweetness. *This product was purchased in the USA.
If you haven't found these at your local TJ's run over and get yourself some! Cinnamon is my favorite spice and these cinnamon spiced Belgian Cookies are delicious with my morning coffee or afternoon tea! Perfectly crunchy but not too sweet.
