I bought these speculoos cookies to use for pie crust, similar to a graham cracker crust. It's a very simple, tasty, crisp cookie made with just a few ingredients like wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon, and unfortunately palm oil.
Based on that fact alone, I will not be making a habit of buying these cookies unfortunately.
