It’s okay. I didn’t love the flavor but I didn’t hate it either. The texture is nice for a low carb substitute it will do. I added tofu and topped with stir fried veggies to make a satisfying dinner.
While there’s a certain satisfaction that comes from cooking a meal from scratch, there’s equal enjoyment when something tastes like it was made from scratch, but cooks in a fraction of the time. The plethora of meal options in our freezer cases is a testament to this convergence of convenience and enjoyment—why stand over a hot stove or cutting board (and later, the kitchen sink) when you have tasty, pre-prepped meal components, ready to heat and eat at a moment’s notice? Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry is the newest addition to our user-friendly frozen lineup. A boon to the home cook, it starts with a base of blanched, toothsome cauliflower crumbles seasoned with savory tamari sauce and nutty sesame oil. Green peas, red bell peppers, grilled corn, and spring onions are added for fresh, vegetal flavor and vibrant color. On top of its careful composition, this veggie-party-in-a-bag offers impressive nutrition to boot, with just 50 calories, two grams of fat and seven grams of carbs in a one-cup serving. It'd be difficult to say the same about fried rice from a takeout container. Were you to create this dish from scratch, you’d be looking at close to an hour of prep & cook time. With a bag of this Stir Fry in hand, however, you’re mere minutes away from a filling, flavorful side dish. Simply heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a non-stick skillet, add stir fry and cook until warmed through, 6 to 7 minutes. Top with the cooked protein of your choice, and that side dish becomes a hearty meal (we especially like it topped with a fried egg, sliced avocado, and a generous squirt of TJ's Sriracha Sauce). We’re offering 16-ounce bags of Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry for the WOW price of $2.99, everyday. You’ll find them in our freezers.

Great with the frozen goyza. Does not have much seasoning which allows you to add your own. Easy and quick meal option.
Another great addition to Trader Joe’s plant based products.. and my favorite frozen preparation of riced cauliflower. I build on this in dishes and use it instead of rice for stir-fry’s.
This is one of my favorite bases for tofu/protein and side dishes! It’s a low calorie option but still very flavorful. There also isn’t an over bearing cauliflower taste.
I added this to a bag of the vegetable stir fry for a more hearty dish. It was great!
