I’m actually so pleasantly surprised by this! It’s a wrap with roasted sweet potato, curried

hummus, shredded beets, & spinach. It was really flavorful, I was worried it was going to be soggy because of the hummus but it was really fresh.
I don’t love the plastic, but if you’re on the go and need something quick, easy, and cheap to pick up but that is still healthy, this is great. Will definitely purchase again!

I haven’t had this wrap in awhile and I forgot how much I enjoyed it.

It’s a great on-the-go food filled with delicious foods like sweet potatoes and hummus, two of my favorite things. Great to give your kids too to inspire them to eat their veggies #veganuary

I’m on somewhat of a health kick, which can be tough to maintain while traveling.

This wrap is high in calories but it is hearty with great flavor with healthy calories from sweet potato, chickpeas and hummus. I would recommend this especially if you like curry! #veganisnotscary

First trip to Trader Joe’s and I think this Rainbow Wrap is my fave find!

I threw it in the cart for the vibrant colors (obvi) but the flavors are equally as amazing ~ chunks of roasted sweet potato, crunchy spinach, shreds of beet, chickpeas, and glorious curried hummus all inside a beautiful beet-pink wrap. Everything combines together to create such a fresh, cool wrap perfect for warmer weather! 🌈🥬🍠🌯
