I love this massive chocolate bar from Trader Joe's. It's over a pound of good Belgian chocolate for about $5, which I think is a phenomenal deal. I use it in all kinds of baking whether it's cakes, frosting, ganache, mousse. I also like to chop it up and use it in place of chocolate chips when I make cookies. Since all the pieces are different sizes – some big chunks, some slivers – the chocolate gets distributed throughout the batter, so you get more chocolatey goodness in every single bite. #chocolate #chocolatechipcookie #belgianchocolate #darkchocolate
We like very chunky and chocolatey chocolate chip cookies🍪 around here. So instead of chocolate chips I like to buy these huge Pound Plus bars of dark chocolate from Trader Joe's, chop them up and toss them in the cookie batter. It also tastes good just straight up.😋 This is really good quality chocolate, and at $4.99 for over a pound I think it's an excellent deal. #chocolate #darkchocolate
Love love love this chocolate it is so delicious! Only issue I take with it is it's hard to break apart and hard to chew sometimes. I wish it was 2 sheets of thinner pieces of chocolate.
This is my idea of a perfect dark chocolate! The richness and sweetness balance out so well, and you really can’t beat the price for how much you get!
