Pound Plus Dark Chocolate by Trader Joe's — Olga's Review (Mar 8, 2023)

I love this massive chocolate bar from Trader Joe's. It's over a pound of good Belgian chocolate for about $5, which I think is a phenomenal deal.
I use it in all kinds of baking whether it's cakes, frosting, ganache, mousse. I also like to chop it up and use it in place of chocolate chips when I make cookies. Since all the pieces are different sizes – some big chunks, some slivers – the chocolate gets distributed throughout the batter, so you get more chocolatey goodness in every single bite.
