Trader Joe's is not afraid of spice🌶️. When one of their products is labeled spicy

it has some heat to it for sure!🔥
This pepita salsa is no exception, although to be fair my tolerance to spicy foods is moderate.🥵
But this salsa isn't just hot, it also has great flavor from the tomatoes, onions, peppers, roasted papitas, onions, garlic, cilantro, chipotle and lime juice.
This salsa is great with chips, but I also like to use it in tacos and burritos for a little heat and extra flavor.
As always with Trader Joe's, this is a good deal at $3.49 for 12 oz.

I have to get this every single year. Its kinda spicy, but not too hot,

definitely all of the fall flavors in it. The best way to have this is with sweet potato black bean quesadillas. #veganin2021

This is such a unique and flavorful salsa. I don’t think it tastes much like

pumpkin seeds (I love pumpkin seeds), but whatever the flavor is is perfect. Great in a tofu scramble, with a quesadilla or with simple tortilla chips.

A delicious and unique salsa. Was surprised with the back of the throat kick!

Not overly spicy but more so than I expected based on the ingredients. A good amount of roasted red pepper gives a nice depth. There is oil so some may want to avoid that but it gives a nice richness. It is like a cross between a jarred salsa and a red pepper dip.

The first time I had this, I confused it for pasta sauce... big mistake. But

as a salsa, it tastes great! A little oily, but I like the heat and texture.
