I'm not a huge fan of dried fruit, but I wanted to just try a

piece of this watermelon jerky. I'm surprised you have much left when you dehydrate a watermelon, but they do create tough chips just like you'd expect from fruit leather/jerky. It was hard to eat and wasn't sweet enough for me to really enjoy. The only ingredient is watermelon, but I'd rather just eat fresh watermelon.

So…this was both interesting and disappointing. It was just a little too “sticky icky” for
