They’re alright, nothing special to snack on alone but when added to oatmeal, in a smoothie (,etc) is where they really get to shine! I’d give these a try but just be aware they should definitely be added to something.

Dehydrated coconut meat is a pantry staple for me🥥 They’re a nice quick snack, add texture to all sorts of dishes 🥗🥣🍲🍪 and make really good coconut milk🥛 I usually get the unsweetened, un-toasted kinds so they’re more versatile. To toast them, you can either bake a big batch in the oven; or, like I sometimes do on a pinch, just make them on the stove.
