This seems to have great reviews by others, so maybe the mistakes were mine: I
split this into the 2 servings it contains, but one at a time, so the first day, got a gloopy soup, and the second day got mostly lentils. The texture was really bizarre, perhaps due to the way I unequally split it, or the cornstarch thickener or because I microwaved it. Other than that, this makes a good easy meal. I’m all for meals of convenience, but I’d probably rather make my own lentil dish instead. #veganisnotscary
Pretty good lentil soup - a little on the watery side. Flavor had a tin
quality- not sure if absorbed from the can packaging. But, hey - it’s vegan! #vegantraderjoes
