This soup has many large pieces of lentils and the consistency is quite thick. Feels healthy, and the slight spiciness makes it more flavorful and enjoyable. Good item to have in your pantry. Supposedly it’s 2 portions but the whole container is only 200 calories so usually I eat it as one large portion.
This is great to grab for a lunch at work or a lazy dinner with salad. I make lentil soup a lot but it’s nice to have a can or two of soup on hand🤎🌱🤎🥣
Pretty good lentil soup - a little on the watery side. Flavor had a tin quality- not sure if absorbed from the can packaging. But, hey - it’s vegan! #vegantraderjoes
