I love organic food in cans: easy to use and you know they are organic. The sea salt is really subtle. This is my to go can for hummus. Nice chickpeas, not too salted, good texture, perfect for every recipe. I made a classic hummus and came out good. Compared with the dried chickpeas I normally use, they're a little mushy and less tasty, but sometimes it's good to have something ready to go.

If you like to make homemade hummus I always keep a few cans in the pantry, so great for Buddha bowls or Indian foods
