organic brown rice cake thins

These brown rice cake thins are a great vehicle for charcuterie plate left-overs!

These slightly salted rice cakes do well with both savory or sweet toppings. Been enjoying them with vegan cheese and fruit spread. I also really like them with mashed and seasoned avocado and hemp seeds.

they’re so versatile! i can use them to

scoop, to top, as a jam vehicle, with fruit, by themselves… the lists goes on! probably one of my favorite little snacks 🥰

the rice cakes hold up pretty well and stay crunchy but if left open for too long they become stale (as most things do..) and i find that the rice cakes themselves get soggy if they’re left with toppings (this also makes sense).
they’re crunchy, not super crumbly, and very slightly salty. i really enjoy these more than most of the other ones i’ve had, including the thicker ones, and will keep purchasing as long as tj’s doesn’t discontinue them 😅

Probably my favorite #snack right now, aside from fresh fruit! I love that they are

so very simple and wholesome (just #organic brown #rice and sea salt!) yet also tasty and affordable. A couple of these thin, airy planks — scraped with almond butter and sprinkled with ground flaxseed and cacao nibs — provides the perfect mid-morning nibble to ward off disruptive borborygmi. The #crackers are sparingly dusted with salt and thus suitable for savory or sweet applications. I love them with hummus or avocado, too!

Very nicely priced at $1.99 for a sleeve of approximately 30 thins. A good #healthy snack that helps me feel surprisingly full. They’re never not on my Trader Joe’s list!
